     Hi all,

    just purchased the md802 - all systems and found it quite slow to connect to a couple of vehicles ( approx. 5 minutes and more) is this normal??? as with other scan tools I have used in the past have been a lot quicker

    any information would be great

     Sounds like bad connectors on the vehicle. You can try using the usb adapter with a wall plug in. I have noticed it does speed up using this method in some cases.

     4.5 system software update may help too.
